Another Year Bites The Dust — Welcome 2015

Happy New Year’s Eve!

Looking back in retrospect, 2014 has been pretty AMAZING! It doesn’t feel the same as last year on New Year’s Eve. Last year I was happy to say “KICK ROCKS,” and welcomed twenty-fourteen with open arms. Right from the start, I knew it was going to be a great year! And it was! Everything I did this year, kept me moving in forward motion. Step by step, everything I did. all the lessons learned, were positive and  set all my wheels in motion.

I spent my year surrounded by positive friends! Learning and growing as a person every chance that I got! This year I soaked up everything like a sponge. Really got down and dirty in my journal and shining a flashlight on what is working for me and what no longer serves me.

* My grades in School were Awesome, I am am very proud of them. I worked very hard to get them and pushed through the stress and came out on top every time.

* I practice meditation almost everyday, I learned some cool stuff like Ayurveda, learned about my Chakras, and really did some inner personal growth work on myself.

* I found out a lot about myself and through Morning Pages & my journals, I have a clear vision of what I want and NEED in my life.

Anyways, as I look back over the year all I can do is smile. I made it. I survived. I am blessed beyond measure and grateful for everything! I am ready for the new blessings that The Universe has for me in the New Year! I am truly grateful for everything that has come in my life and every thing that has left!

More On New Year’s Resolutions — Tuesday Link Up — #dishthefit

Happy Tuesday!

Only a couple days left in 2014! I can’t even believe that the year went by so fast! Here is a little more ion New Year’s Resolutions. aside from getting “Organized,” I have big dreams and plans for this up-coming year!

When looking up the definition of Resolution — I realize that intention is a synonym for the definition of Resolution! How ever you feel about resolutions, I love them, I live for them, New Year’s is by far my favorite Holiday of the whole year! It is my chance to start a new. Even if I have to start a new each week, each day, or every minute.

My Mantra for this New Year is, “Live With Intention,” & take advantage of all the “Opportunities” presented to me. It feels like, with every New Year, The Universe sends something “New and Exciting” my way. I have the intention of taking advantage of these “Opportunities,” even if they pull me in different directions.

No matter what direction Opportunity takes me I resolve this year to explore all directions!

Resolutions, Intentions, Goals, Dreams, Wishes, Possibilities, Discipline, Action, etc.

You can call it whatever you want. I am ready to take big steps and actions to make 2015, my best year yet!

Fitness & Health Intentions!

I have simplified my list:

*Discipline and Action! I have everything I need to make the changes that need to.

*Signing up for races, training, etc.

*Eat Clean, it’s just that simple. NO diets. Real food detox’s when I feel like it!

*Get my certifications and start working.

*Set weekly intentions and attainable goals for myself.

*Meditate Daily. Get my certification in meditation.

*Practice Yoga as much as possible!

Thursday — Random Thoughts

Happy Thursday!!!

I hope this find you all having a wonderful week!

I’ve been on the injury list 😦 I slipped on a piece of paper going down the stair and landed on my booty! I think I am feeling better today. Perhaps, start back at it with some Yoga. Instead of feeling down and eating everything in the house, because I can’t workout, I’m practicing a little extra self-love and gratitude! I have been been focusing on other goals and keeping my meals super clean. I’ve had a lot of blessings the last couple weeks. I’ve made a major attitude adjustment when it comes to my life.

I’ve been excited to get out of bed at 4:30 am (for no good reason.) No alarm, it was P***ing me off for a while, that I could not sleep past 4am! Instead I am choosing to take, “The Attitude of Gratitude” and enjoy my quiet mornings while everyone sleeps! I used to be a night owl, waking up at 4 still leaves me draggin’ part of the day! I am LOVING my daily naps right now!

I took a little break from “blogging.” I would start something and IDK delete it. I just didn’t feel like it! I’ve been writing more daily in my journal! I am LOVING my journal time.

~A New Moon is Approaching.

It makes a lot of sense to me that we are affected by the Moon phases. I mean, we are made up mostly of water and the moon affects the tides and other factors here on Earth. I can’t think of any reasons why the Moon would NOT affect us. I found this really interesting article…

I am READY!

Things are happening in my life. And, I couldn’t feel any stronger that my time is now and I AM READY to spread my wings and fly. It would be too hard to explain right now, but let’s just say I feel it, change, growth, happiness, joy,  and some very amazing things that I have been working on are coming together .

I am just HAPPY!

This last week has been AMAZzzzzZZZzing! I finished week one of the http://fortheglow.com/ Metabolic Reset Challenge, and hit every workout this week! Plus, got back in to my girls nights out Zumba Classes! My Zumba Girl found a studio to teach at! Also, finished off week two of the #elf4health challenge from http://nutritionella.com/ & http://www.theleangreenbean.com/ ! Today, our assignment was to list 20 things we are grateful for! It seems like me and my round one elf Jill http://lifeforevercurious.wordpress.com/ have not heard back from our new assigned partners, but I am happy to stick with her for the rest of the challenge!

20 (People, places, or Things) That I am truly Grateful for!

1~* My Family!

2~* My Online FIT Family, #elf4health friends especially my partner Jill, #glowgirl’s #TiuTeam, Anamae Ford (who fits in ALL of these categories!,) running friends, yoga friends, I could go on and on!

3~* My real Life friends, who always inspire me!

4~* My job, and my boss who is pretty dang awesome!

5~* That I only have two quarters left of this part of my schooling, which has taken me three years to finish.

6~* That I have SURVIVED those three years with my sanity and a AMAZING GPA!

7~* I am grateful to KNOW what I want to accomplish in the next year, my dreams, etc. Like, go yoga training school next year, get my PT certification, that is a start. I plan on finishing to get my degree in Nutrition Science. Oh and this sounds weird, but I am getting certified in meditation. 🙂

8~* My Dogs!

9~* My beautiful home.

10~* Fuzzy Socks.

11~* Great Books, and my ability to speed read!

12~* All my healthy habits, that I really never though could become habits!

13~* Netflix & HULU.

14~* That Learned to love my vegetables!

15~* Holiday’s with friends and family.

16~* My weird Cat!

17~* Coconut Oil! Best find of 2013!!! I use it for EVERYTHING!!!

18~* Here is a BIG one, That I have great insurance through my husbands work, that covers AMAZING massages and a Gum Membership!

19~* My great intuition!

20~* I am especially grateful, that I absolutely, with out doubt, love my life! ❤ And that I am not afraid to follow my Dreams!
