More On New Year’s Resolutions — Tuesday Link Up — #dishthefit

Happy Tuesday!

Only a couple days left in 2014! I can’t even believe that the year went by so fast! Here is a little more ion New Year’s Resolutions. aside from getting “Organized,” I have big dreams and plans for this up-coming year!

When looking up the definition of Resolution — I realize that intention is a synonym for the definition of Resolution! How ever you feel about resolutions, I love them, I live for them, New Year’s is by far my favorite Holiday of the whole year! It is my chance to start a new. Even if I have to start a new each week, each day, or every minute.

My Mantra for this New Year is, “Live With Intention,” & take advantage of all the “Opportunities” presented to me. It feels like, with every New Year, The Universe sends something “New and Exciting” my way. I have the intention of taking advantage of these “Opportunities,” even if they pull me in different directions.

No matter what direction Opportunity takes me I resolve this year to explore all directions!

Resolutions, Intentions, Goals, Dreams, Wishes, Possibilities, Discipline, Action, etc.

You can call it whatever you want. I am ready to take big steps and actions to make 2015, my best year yet!

Fitness & Health Intentions!

I have simplified my list:

*Discipline and Action! I have everything I need to make the changes that need to.

*Signing up for races, training, etc.

*Eat Clean, it’s just that simple. NO diets. Real food detox’s when I feel like it!

*Get my certifications and start working.

*Set weekly intentions and attainable goals for myself.

*Meditate Daily. Get my certification in meditation.

*Practice Yoga as much as possible!

My Anthem for 2015!

Exactly! Why Not Me! It’s MY time~! I am “literally” getting out of my own way!

This week I joined up today for another Amazing Tuesday Link-Up, with Jill Conyers and The Fit Switch for #dishthefit ❤ Check it out! So much positive energy and motivation from the amazing #fitfam Community in this Link-Up!

So, this is a very brief declaration of what is to come in the New Year. I am feeling the excitement and feeling the “winds of change,” and I believe whole-heartily, that this wind is blowing me in the right direction. And it feels effing AMAZING!

Wishing Everyone a wonderful New Year!

What do you have to look forward to in The New Year! I would LOVE comments, etc.

Many Blessings to you all!

Sensational Saturday — Random Thoughts

Happy Saturday!!

I hope you all are enjoying the Holiday Season! I am, a little bit glad Christmas is over! It was a wonderful relaxing few days!

Now that it’s over ready to get BUSY and get my ducks in a row for 2015! I don’t have that much more time off school. But, I think my schedule is easy enough that it won’t too crazy. Ready to throw a job in the mix. I mentioned in a previous blog that my New Year’s Revolution is to get organized, but there is SO much more to 2015 than just getting my Home organized & get it Feng Shui’d. But, this is just the first step! The one thing that will help everything else fall into place! Overall Balance in my life, good health, and a more simpler/stress free year is my Ultimate Goal of the year!

2014 has been very good to me, it all feels like like it was truly the year of preparation for 2015!

Learning and growing internally & emotionally, was big for me in 2014. I don’t feel like the same person going into 2015 that I was going into 2014! My dreams are clear. I am holding the keys to big things in my life. All I have to do is step to the door and turn the key. And… I’m ready!

I look forward to The Resolution Challenge from For The Glow every year! It has become my New Year’s tradition! My health is a top priority in my life. And, I’m such a “geek” that this tradition, totally excites me! Starting the year with a real food detox and much much more included in this challenge totally makes me happy. I’m not ashamed that I absolutely love a “BranSpankin New Year!” A fresh start from the inside out! Bring it on, I am ready for this challenge.

I will save my fitness goals and intentions for another post! 🙂

I really am excited for 2015.

I have so much to look forward to! New Adventures await! All I have to do is take a deep breath and I can feel the change that is coming to my life!

The future is so bright, I gotta wear shades!

Here is a completely Random Thought: I am working on my blog behind the scenes. One of my goals… is to leave the journal stuff in my journal a little less, rather than using my blog for my journal! Less random thoughts and more regular posts! I am still on my “Own Personal Journey,” that I will be sharing.

At any rate, I am ready for 2015, I sure hope 2015 is READY FOR ME!

For me knowing the direction that I am going is “simply” a Miracle!

I am excited! I am READY! Bring It!

Wishing you all lot’s of blessings in the New Year!!!! And hope you are all having a wonderful weekend and Happy Holidays!!!

Fab Friday — Let’s Talk New Year’s Resolutions

I don’t know what happened to 2014 — I must have blinked!

I know it’s not even Christmas, but New Year’s still tops my Favorite Holiday List! Call me crazy, I don’t care!!! I love the promise of a New Year, new changes, wipe the slate clean, and fresh starts. I don’t even care that I will be one of those people at the Overcrowded Gym on New Years day! Hey, I’m there all year, but going to the gym on New Year’s just fine. I think New Year’s Resolutions are “under-rated!” You may find me in the storage bin isle at Wal-Mart with 20 other people, that’s cool too! I love aspiring to New Goals, Intentions, Self-Improvement etc. etc. etc.

This year my number #1… (drum Roll please)

Getting Organized! Yup! That is my New year’s resolution.

After going all the way through The Artist Way with Morning pages and all (again!) I realized….. that It’s time for me to come out of the closet! But, First I have to clear a pat to the actual closet! Yup, you heard that right! Oh man, I am stepping out of my comfort zone with this one. I am gonna designate a day here on the blog to update my progress with “Before and After” pics and how I am handling this emotionally. It’s my best kept secret and I am really letting it out! I can stash n dash with the best of them, but piles, and piles, and piles of STUFF is hidden behind closed doors! And, quite honestly… Out in the open, you just aren’t invited over or in! Yup, it’s true. It’s sad and it’s my one big big downfall that is holding me back fro any more goals or intentions that I have.

Well, I have had enough! I am doing something about it! Seriously, some rooms I don’t even go into in my home, just to throw something on top of a mountain and quickly shut the door. I don’t even need to make any more Resolutions this “one BIG thing” will clear the way for everything else! And, It is a BIG thing.

Yup, I joined in the Catalyst Camp from, The Tao of Dana and that is how I am starting my new year! Seriously, check it out! I just love her style, I’m already stoked based on the intro Video Series! Check it out! This is the best gift to myself for the New Year is less stress and a clean and organized home! If you can’t find your closet either message me, I love accountability partners! I’m gonna Feng Shui my way to happiness! I’m a little nervous to put myself out here like this, seriously. I’m not sure what day I will designate here on the blog yet, but I am putting it all out there to keep MYSELF accountable!

Anyways, There it is my dirty (literally!) little secret!!! And, the truth will set you free!

Bring it ON 2015! I already feel better just writing about it.

How about you, what is your New Year’s Resolution? Big small I wanna hear about it. Even if your Anti-Resolutions let’s chat! As, always tips are welcome! If you are joining me at Catalyst Camp let me know!

Success—Gotta LOVE IT!

YES! I totally killed ALL of my December goals! I finished and KILLED the Metabolic Reset and the #elf4health challenge! I can get in the perfect pigeon pose with out any discomfort! #BOOM I loved doing the #elf4health, I had the most awesome partner Jill (who stuck with me for both rounds!) from and with about 1000 challengers doing GOOD for this holiday challenge was AMAZING! I met so many other wonderful people during this challenge! A VERY Special Thanks, to Elle and Lyndsay for putting on such a great challenge! This was my second year. And… you know what?!?! I din’t find the challenges quite so challenging, more like rewarding. But, I have grown so much in a year, everything was just so much easier! Meatless Monday… no problem! I kind of been doing that on my own anyways. Eat a rainbow…. I am pretty good about that anyways! The rest of the challenges were fun, fun, fun! I loved doing the blog swap, and pay it forward, I could go on it was just a great experience!

So What to do next?!?!?I’m feeling so motivated and excited for the The New Year and the upcoming Resolution Challenge! It’s still not too late to join in for the Fit + Fearless Resolution challenge! Intentions vs. Goals vs. New Year’s Resolutions!!

Here is my take…

Intentions are things that you intend to follow through with!

Goals are set more often on a monthly, weekly, and sometimes daily basis!

New Year’s Resolutions are awesome, I think of them more as things that you resolve to change! Like my Resolutions have more to do with finances, home stuff, habits things that need CHANGE!

A LOT of running in my near future! I am totally inspired to bet back on track with my running! I am at the point, where I am starting from square one. But, that’s OK! I’ve got this! I have my plan and before the 1st, I am going to register for a couple. I’ll guess I could run for 5 min MAX right now! Good thing I LOVE HIIT and EPIC runs! But, I am going to focus on increasing the time. I am going out for a trial run tomorrow to see where my starting point really is! My plan includes a lot of HIIT and EPIC to make myself stronger!

Daily Yoga & Meditation & Journal are high on my Goals List!

Then there is my, TO- BE list! Read more about it here….

I have had this list on my fridge for a year, since last years New Years Resolutions!

All in All, I am just darn proud of myself and LOVE the person I am becoming!
